说出"我有一点强迫症"
了解了强迫症的症状和生活体验后,我们或许能够更加理解和体谅强迫症患者的苦衷,但这依然对缓解和治疗这种疾病没有帮助 。 对此,心理学专家建议学校应该在孩子们一开始出现强迫性的思维和行为时就介入进行心理健康教育和疏导;类似OCD-UK这样的慈善组织(国内在这方面的工作目前还远远不够)也应该多组织活动来提高公众对强迫症的理解 。
此外,专家认为最重要的是,公众应该为强迫症患者提供能够公开的谈论强迫性行为的环境,如果谈论强迫性行为是一种禁忌或令人羞耻的事情,很多受到频繁的强迫性行为困扰的人就会因为觉得难以启齿而隐藏自己的病症与痛苦 。 只有当大家都会轻松的聊起“我有一点强迫症”时,他们才有可能自然的说出自己的苦恼并得到及时的帮助 。
